We have found a new apartment!

We made some sacrafices due in part to the recession and the kids not quite being "of age" and decided on another apartment instead of a house.

We will have 2 bedrooms and a washer dryer! The location has good and bad points to it. We are still in the student section of Morgantown on a gravel road. But it is SUPER close to the football stadium and our landlady/friend/new neighbor has a cookout/party for every game which we have an open invite to. Games at my house will be a blast.....B if you wanna stop by I know you are a HUGE football fan, and I have parking right by the pit :) actually the house is right by the pit :)
 
It is still small like our current place, but it has 2 br, and the kitchen IS NOT in the living room. And since we have no deposit, we can use the money I saved up for the deposit on things like a new bed and a new couch. We may not need to buy a second AC unit since half of the apt. is underground.

It has new paint and carpet, and did I mention the washer dryer! Big selling point!

We could have a house in Fairmont for the same price HOWEVER.... I have called DOZENS of people and they all say NO DOGS! screw em! Gracie is my four lrgged furry baby and she goes where I go. She will have a nice piece of lawn to do her doo doo on, and a tree where, when we are outside with her she can go on a lead and bask in the sun.

I think with a little TLC, some gravel, and a flower box, it will be pleasent and cozy!
I am really looking forward to having a kitchen table again so I can serve dinner properly! And a couch with a coffee table, it is the small things......did I mention the washer dryer?

Weigh in on Thursday, lost 16.5 so far hoping to get to 18 pounds lost this week. Will let you know. At 21.5 I get another "prize" from WW so I am looking forward to my gold star.
