I am a drip! 
I have post nasal drip from sleeping under a fan with the window open.  No signs of infection or contagion were found.  Rapid strep was negative.  I most likely have post nasal drip from alergies.  Lesson learned, fan or open window, not both. 
Prescribed- antihistamines, tylenol and nasal flushing........it is as awful as it sounds!!!!!
But the dripping into the back of the throat is causing the sore throat and the extra mucus is causing the headache! If you think "why is she so happy about this" The answer is I am!  It means I am not catchy, I can go to War, and I can be with my friends :)  *WOOT*
Just have to be sure to keep up with the tylenol and antihistamines.
